About the Institute

Griffin Aviation is a joint effort by two professionals from Indra Gandhi Rastriya Udan Academy (IGRUA), Anand Mishra and Akhileshwar Prasad, who quit their jobs to start their own venture. While at IGRUA they interacted with a large number of professionals from the aviation sector and sensed the forthcoming boom. They realized that the existing facilities at IGRUA (though the best in the country) were grossly inadequate to meet the growing demand of trained manpower and had to be augumented by private effort(s). No exclusive ground training facility existed for the students undergoing flying training at various institutes. At Griffin Aviation a world class facility has been created and is the best one in the country. Promoters and senior executives of many airlines have visited “Griffin Aviation” and have conveyed their appreciation. Their recommendations and suggestions have helped us in designing and fine tuning the curriculum improvement..
