About the Institute

Harikishan Institute of Management Studies was founded in the year 2005 as tribute to Late Shri Harikishan Goel as a centre for educational and professional development. Late Shri Harikishan Goel in whose memory Harikishan Institute of Management Studies (HIMS) has been established was strong believer in education as a vehicle for human evolution. Inspired by his wife, Late Smt. Hukmini Devi, he founded a charitable senior secondary school named Saraswati Vidya Mandir in his native village, Dhamtan Sahib, District Jind in Haryana for the economically weaker sections of the society.
